Judge Craig Smith currently presides over the 192nd Civil District Court in Dallas County. He is running for the 5th District Court of Appeals, which appears on ballots in Dallas, Collin, Grayson, Rockwall, Hunt and Kaufman counties. This important court handles appeals from these counties in civil, criminal and family law matters. It is one of the most important appellate courts in Texas.
